Cllr Alex and Fran are pleased to introduce The Mayor’s Charities of the year 2017 - 2018.
Thank you for your support in these very worthwhile organisations.

The Ashdown Centre provides lifeline respite from caring, for families of children and young people with autism and complex mental and physical disabilities. With critical services for children and young adults ranging from the ages of 5-30, The Ashdown Centre provides services for families in the Worthing and surrounding areas.

Worthing Mencap is an active, progressive organisation championing the rights of people with learning disabilities and their families and carers and directly improving the facilities and opportunities available to them. They work to champion the rights and provide support to people with learning disabilities and their families and carers in the Worthing area, through a wide provision of services, to help them lead independent lives engaging fully in the local community.
